Health, Safety & Environment Policy

At INTEGRITY, the health and safety of our employees, partners, and stakeholders, along with the protection of the environment, are fundamental to our business operations. We are committed to conducting all activities in a safe, responsible, and environmentally sustainable manner while complying with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

This Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Policy establishes the principles and guidelines to protect employees, contractors, visitors, and the communities in which we operate. This policy applies to all projects, offices, and operations undertaken by INTEGRITY.

Health & Safety Guidelines

INTEGRITY believes that effective health, safety, and environmental management is essential to sustainable development and operational excellence. All employees and partners share responsibility for upholding this policy and contributing to a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace.

Risk Assessment

  • Conduct systematic risk assessments prior to commencing any project

  • Identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures

  • Review and update risk assessments as project conditions change

Accident & Incident Reporting

  • All incidents, including near-misses, must be reported and investigated

  • Root causes shall be identified and corrective and preventive actions implemented

  • Lessons learned shall be communicated to prevent recurrence

Emergency Preparedness

  • Develop emergency response plans for potential incidents such as fire, flooding, chemical spills, or structural failure

  • Conduct regular emergency drills and training sessions

  • Ensure availability of emergency equipment and trained personnel

Roles & Responsibilities

Management at INTEGRITY shall:

  • Provide adequate resources, training, and support for effective HSE implementation

  • Lead by example by promoting safe and environmentally responsible practices

  • Establish, review, and update HSE objectives in line with operational and regulatory requirements

  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE standards

Employees and contractors are expected to:

  • Follow all HSE rules, procedures, and instructions

  • Report hazards, unsafe conditions, incidents, and near-misses promptly

  • Take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others
